We offer standard and priority ground and air freight services on most orders — simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Each knife is handmade to order and leather scabbard hand cut and stitched to fit. This is not a fast process, please allow a few weeks for shipping. Thank you for your understanding. After we craft your item and combine it with other orders we bulk ship to the fulfillment center in USA or EU. From there, your order is separated and sent to your door. This is the only way to save you on shipping costs. The forge in Spain is in a remote area so shipping directly from there is not possible. The forge wraps each individual knife and sheath and bulk packs into crates that are trucked over to an export point in Madrid, Spain and from there they head to fulfillment centers in USA or EU. We cannot guarantee where your order will ship from as each week’s orders are different and the fulfillment center is picked based on which region has the majority of orders. Total time to deliver your order to your door can be 4-5 weeks but most orders will arrive in 3-4 weeks.
When you place an order with Almazan Knives, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away with an order number. You can use the Order Tracking link on our website to track the progress of your order.
First, 8-10 days of your order status will show ” Processing ” which means your knife and leather sheath are being handmade.
Second, 7-10 days the status will show ” Shipped to Fulfillment Center ” – Your knife has been combined into a bulk shipment and has been sent to a fulfillment center.
Last, 2-6 days the status will show ” Shipped to your door ” – Your knife has arrived at our fulfillment center, been separated and now has been forwarded to your delivery address. At this time a tracking number will also be listed next to the order status.
Keep in mind that on special custom orders, pre-orders, occasional bad weather, and shipping company delays can slow down orders an extra week in some cases.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout, you will be provided with a shipping price for your order.
Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS or FedEx International. We will do our best to help in minimizing custom duties and taxes. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when bringing products into their country.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We provide you with shipping costs for the best domestic modes of shipping at time of checkout. Our shipping prices are based on the exact quote of major shipping companies to ship from the fulfillment warehouse(s) to your address. We do not make a profit on shipping.
Do You Ship To Military Bases?
Absolutely. We are proud to servicemen and women in uniform by shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Military discount is 10% off of regular prices. If an item is already marked down more than 10% then that discount will supersede the military discount. The current promotion is $40 off of regular price so that is 30+% discount off regular price and will be the only discount applied to your product.

How do I place an Order?
Simply click on “THE SHOP” link above and add your desired item to the shopping cart. Once finished shopping just click on the shopping basket icon on the top right and click checkout to start the process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Our system provides the convenience of ordering without an account however you will need to enter your billing and shipping information to place your order.

What About Shipping Costs Related To Returns?
If you decide to return an item, then you pay the shipping cost.
The money-back guarantee applies to the cost of the actual product, so the original shipping price you paid will not be refunded*. However, you WILL be reimbursed for return shipping cost.
* Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
I’m an international customer and my item didn’t make it through customs. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, in the above situation, we are only able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us. If so, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees and costs.
What sort of return policy do you offer?
At Almazan Knives, your satisfaction is of paramount importance. For that reason, we offer a 60-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. We will credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item back to us.
Our Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations and APO/FPO locations, or custom-made personalized orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
Each Almazan Knives order comes with a customized tracking code, which will be emailed to you once your order ships and will allow you to track your order progress. You may also use the Order Tracking link above to track your order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Replacement Or Refund?
You should receive your replacement within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most replacements will be applied faster.
This time period consists of the transit time of the item being returned to us (5 to 10 days), the time it takes to process the return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)
We will notify you via email of your replacement/refund request once we’ve received and processed the return.
