We will also give you the cover with the knife which is made of leather and the color of the leather is brown that looks very beautiful. The knife's handle is made of Micarta wood. Three Brass Pins are used to securely attach it to the tang. Chef knives are typically thicker and heavier. Chef knives are the kinds made through forging which is one of the oldest methods of making blades. With forging, the steel is subjected to high heat in a furnace and then pounded into a knife.

Amazing knife. Pro material Great knife. It’s become my go-to for separating chickens and cutting root vegetables. I’ve only used it a couple times on other things, but I try to keep my knives separated by task so I can rely on them better. It’s nice because the back of the knife is so tall that often, it stays above what I’m cutting, so it stays nice and clean and easy to control. The sheath is very nice. It fits perfectly in the leather sheath and you can fold the clasp away so you don’t accidentally cut it off.All that said, I love this knife and it is now one of my primary knives for tough root vegetables and butcher work.2 years ago -
Worth Every Star It’s a great bread knife, cutting through my crusty homemade sourdough breads with ease. The blade is very sharp and very rigid, making it easy to control for thin slicing. The handle/grip is both beautiful and very ergonomic, making it a pleasure to use. Much better than expected. This thing, especially for the price, is incredible. It s heavy and sturdy and has kept its edge well after I sharpened it. The 2 things I thought might feel cheap were the handle and the sheath, but those are also really nice. I thought the handle might be cheap plastic, but it feels nice and has slight groove, and so at least looks to be a dark wood. The sheath is stamped leather and is of a nice color.3 years ago

Multi-use knife great for everything It’s a decent heavy knife I love cutting, chopping, and slicing, it does it all sharp blade. It’s great after cutting stuff to scooping veggies onto the knife and taking them straight to the pan. I’ve noticed myself cutting better, thinner, straighter, with less effort out of my hand and more of the knife doing the work. The sheath is very nice I wouldn’t say it’s the best but built well and has thicker edges to fit the blade. The knife cleans up real easy stuff do not stick to it. Overall pretty damn good knife originally I got this as a camping and hunting knife, an all-in-one knife As I would best describe it. but know I’m using it every day in the kitchen and will probably get a second one so I don’t forget it3 years ago

This knife is sharp! I didn’t touch it up at all and it glides through food. I bought a separate guard for it to keep the edge safe in our drawer. The fit and finish is perfect. There are no gaps around the scales, the rivets are ground smooth and flush, the spine of the blade is slightly rounded and smooth. Been using it for a month and it’s still sharp. I’m very impressed coming from a Giada chef knife I’ve been using for the last 10 years that needed frequent sharpening/touch ups.4 years ago

This makes it perfect for heavy prep and continuous use. Very fast delivery. Forging Serbian Chef knife is an Excellent Addition to your Kitchen This knife is EXTREMELY sharp, excellent craftsmanship. Lifetime Investment, well worth the price This knife has everything I hoped for to replace my ten year old cheap grocery store bread knife. In addition to being dishwasher safe, it has a much sturdier blade. This helps in two ways: first, it won t flex during use, which makes it safer. The best knife :First quality chef s knife ever, and I love it so far! Handle has a really nice weight and feel in my hand, and the wood grain is beautiful. It came in a nice box with a magnetic snap-lock strip on it, and was packed well. Great Knife buy! I was really surprised at the quality of this knife. I expected something cheaply mass produced to look hand made, but this knife actually is made to last! I have been "building" up my knife set instead of using my set and really love the quality of this knife. It is very high quality and the edge holds up very well. I use the honing steel on the knife before every use and after about 10 uses it is as sharp as the day I opened it. The wood handle looks very nice. Top quality knife :THE BEST chief knife I have ever used. The shape of the blade on this one makes cutting up vegetables an easy job. It s very sharp too. The handle is comfortable in the hand and the whole knife is perfectly balanced. The range of knives made by Global is extensive. I have just this one and a smaller flat-bladed one and I wouldn t consider buying any other knife now I have had these two in my kitchen.Nice and beautiful knife! You can tell from the packaging. High Quaility chef knife : I am respectful of it s sharp edge and handle it carefully. It is heavy so be careful not to drop it. This is an old and respected brand and I can say that I am very pleased with it. It is my first very high quality knife and it really does make a difference in ease of cutting whether it s large mellon type fruit, pineapples, chopping nuts or slicing vegetables and cutting raw or cooked meats. Really great knife loved it :So far - loving this knife! I am woefully short of sharp knives in my house and we grill meat all summer long. I was pretty excited to try out this meat on some steak. Cut through it just like butter .I ve also used to slice potatoes, which never fails to make my hands exhausted, and dice up herbs. While it s not meant for the finer dicing, I like to put my knives through the all-purpose paces. Definitely a good knife so far.9 years ago
