Multi-use knife great for everything It’s a decent heavy knife I love cutting, chopping, and slicing, it does it all sharp blade. It’s great after cutting stuff to scooping veggies onto the knife and taking them straight to the pan. I’ve noticed myself cutting better, thinner, straighter, with less effort out of my hand and more of the knife doing the work. The sheath is very nice I wouldn’t say it’s the best but built well and has thicker edges to fit the blade. The knife cleans up real easy stuff do not stick to it. Overall pretty damn good knife originally I got this as a camping and hunting knife, an all-in-one knife As I would best describe it. but know I’m using it every day in the kitchen and will probably get a second one so I don’t forget it2 years ago -
Great knives for their price. Sharper than I expected and look amazing. These knives have a nice and shiny design, I’m happy that I have now different knives for raw meat/vegetable/cooked meat/fruit, etc. The blade was so sharp, need to be extra careful when I clean them, so that I don t get cut. Great Piece! These knifes work really good! Super sharp and the various knifes work for different items that I want to cut. The handles fit nicely in my hand and feel really sturdy. An amazing blade that can do just about everything. I must say this is a great knife! The full tang and heavy spine give it the cutting power of a full butcher knife. It s heavy but balanced which plays well when you need intricate cuts. The curve of the spine to the point gives it the finesse of a chef s knife. In no way does this knife replace every knife in the kitchen but the amazing leather and sheath mean you can take this and only this in the backcountry and do everything from dress an animal to cut veggies to cook with it. This knife was factory sharp out of the box. I was mincing some ginger amateurishly and ended up mincing a quarter inch of my fingertip off. 10/10 would buy this knife again because of how easy it was to mince. If you re an amateur like me, I highly recommend buying some cut-resistant gloves to practice with. $20 worth of gloves is far more valuable than losing a finger tip. On the note you do lose your fingertip, I recommend buying some hemostat gauze pads (stops the bleeding), tissue adhesive (keeps the fingertip-less finger protected), and a finger gauze wrap (hide your unsightly finger) to avoid a trip to the ER. If you can t deal with throbbing pain, some ibuprofen can also help. One person found this helpful4 years ago

Great everday knife for kitchen I ve used this knife on multiple items so far. It cut raw chicken & meats very easily for me. There was no sawing required like some of my other knives. The size is perfect to make it a versatile tool in the kitchen. The knife is hand washed and dried. I have had no issues with this knife and it seems like it will be a sturdy knife for everyday use. Sharp, Beautiful Design : I am so glad that I decided to invest on this chef knife. Price wise, it is a bit more than what I have used before. However, the moment that I took the knife out of the box, I know that it is well worth it. It is beautifully designed and feels super comfortable in hand. I tried to cut fruits, vegetables and meat. It is well balanced, the weight is light but the blade is super sharp. It cuts everything effortlessly, much better than any one that I had before. I have had two of these knives (for 2 and 3 years in two different kitchens). They are the most useful knives I have ever owned. They re sharp, and they stay sharp. The wood handle is really attractive and has stayed new-looking despite a lot of use and cleaning. This and a bread knife are all I need. It s got a good heft for chopping, and its large size is perfect for this as well. I don t see any reason to pay more or buy a different knife. A great purchase.7 years ago

Excellent sharpness ;At first I only bought these because of the look in aesthetics but while further using the nice in the kitchen they were sharp right out of the box and continue to be durable after daily use in the kitchen about 10 hours a day using their nurses so far handles very comfortable the aesthetics are amazing continue to look forward to using them8 years ago

These knives hold their edges very well assuming you re not abusing the knives or keeping them knocking around in a drawer. I love the weight of these vs a transitional full bolstered Wusthof. You get EXACTLY the same quality steel as the high end Germans, with the slightly lighter (and better in my opinion) balance of Japanese blades. The added bonus is the chef knife comes with a rounded spine, which is super comfy if you use a pinch grip (as you should). An additional plug for the boning knife too. It s a sheer joy to use and I ve broken down whole ribeyes, briskets, and many a fowl with it. Again, LOVE THESE KNIVES. Top quality for a fraction of the price.9 years ago
