Worth it This is a really nice knife! Really good quality. When washing it I was reading reviews about rust and it’s not a problem as long as you wash it by hand and not a dish washer and actually dry it off. Also this knife was ridiculously sharp. 10/10 would recommend extremely good for the price3 years ago

I m completely impressed by this knife. I wasn t sure what to expect because of the modest price but was pleasantly surprised. The knife feels great in the hand and has very good balance. Very good quality and razor sharp right out of the box. I use it as a chef s knife so I m not hacking bones with it but it slices beautifully and easily. I can t speak to how it holds an edge or resharpens because I haven t had to touch it up yet. I don t think it ll be a problem. I do recommend this chef s knife.4 years ago

Really nice knife : This is the chef knife that I ordered. Being a professionally trained chef, I am finicky about my knives. For this price point, I don’t think you are going to find a more well-balanced and accurate piece of cutlery. Keeps and edge very well, and I really do love it, and am loving this overall! Blade is as sharp as sharp can be. Balance is outstanding. Handle is beauteous. If only it came with the same quality sheath. Nice looking knife. Has a nice balance to it and feels good when I m chopping vegetables. But notice the knife started to chip away after a few months of use. It s become dull quickly after the first week of being used. Can barely cut any meats anymore. Sharpening could help, but hate to see the knife already being chipped.5 years ago

Great wood handle :I very like to cooking the food. So I bought this chef knife instead of last one. This was a good deal.I like the wood handle that made me very comfortable. When I cut the meat from whole lamb with my hands had coveted the animal oil, I could hold it well.I didn t grind it until know. It s sharp now. I have never used a knife that slides through everything with such ease. I went to slice open the plastic packaging for the sausages I was cooking, and I thought I had missed the plastic - it was that smooth. I barely had to apply any pressure when slicing up the sausages. Cutting up the carrots, cauliflower, and apples was amazingly easy, as well. A perfect knife :This chef knife is fantastic. It was razor sharp out of the box and seems to be holding up great. I always hand wash and dry immediately, so it never has the chance to rust or discolor. That knife This is a beautiful knife and it comes in a very nice presentation box with a tip protector. I think pakka wood is some sort of laminated wood but whatever it is, it looks good. I’d never thought of using a bread knife for anything but bread but I’ve used this one on cake and even some large fruit and veggies. Works great.8 years ago

I ve Bought Five of These This is my go to kitchen knife and I just leave it out on my cutting board. Sure, I use my other knives for stuff but this knife is great for almost everything. The first one I bought was for my son who is in culinary school. Then I bought one for myself. Now, when I have someone I cook for they almost say "What a cool knife". So the other 3 have been gifts. Super sharp, cuts beautifully:Overall a great chef knives for use in a commercial kitchen. However, the blade has a high gloss polish that smears and picks up finger prints . It also has an extremely long grip. I have average size hands and I have an extra 2 inches of room. Great for some one with large hands but also this does hinder use by those with smaller hands.I am truly impressed with a knife that this one cuts or slices with such ease.Makes cooking so much easier.Great deal, great knife! Very sharp! More heavy duty than needed for general cutting and chopping for cooking stir frys, frittatas, and such but the wide blade makes it easy to scoop up what you just cut up.
