Very nice cook knife. The material is premium, very sharp knife. I have used this knife for a couple days, I cut super thin beef, used it for hard carrots, onions, it all works well. It’s not heavy in weight, the handle is comfortable. As far as durability and maintenance of the sharp blade, we’ll have to see. So far, it’s the best chef’s knife I’ve used in this price level.4 years ago

Efficient chopping and transfer to the pan. Very sharp! More heavy duty than needed for general cutting and chopping for cooking stir frys, frittatas and such but the wide blade makes it easy to scoop up what you just cut up5 years ago

Good knife and a great gift I got these to use in the kitchen, but my husband grabbed it up and has been using this knife, so there you are. It was nice while I had it, particularly when breaking down something like a chicken for cooking. It was fairly sharp and relatively large. I liked the finger hole to give me leverage, but my husband prefers to use the knife "regularly" without using the finger hole. The handle is comfortable to grip and use and the blade seems pretty sharp although I confess that I expected it to be a little sharper. Overall, I d say it was a very useful knife, well-made, and delivered in a gorgeous box that would make an excellent gift.5 years ago

I have a few expensive Chef s knives that I have collected over the past 50 years. Some of them cost close to $100 each. They are great, but have to be sharpened frequently. I was given this knife as a birthday present, and loved it so much I bought one for my sister. I have had my knife for about 11 months, and I have not had the need to use a steel to realign the molecules, nor have I had to sharpen it. This is one amazing knife. It cuts tomatoes effortlessly, which is a true sign of a sharp knife.5 years ago

Just A Fantastic Knife :I m a very senior home cook and have owned most all brand name knifes over the years but this knife is the best i ve ever owned. Not only is it attractive and well balanced it cuts thru almost anything like soft butter. Have only had it for four months now but so far it s like brand new. Will update this review in the future if anything changes but right now I highly recommend it. Very sharp , be careful , great knife Out of the box this knife was really sharp and has some weight to it. You only have to use a little pressure and it cuts through. Solid, beautiful knife I love this knife. It a really solid knife with a good amount of weight to it. It feels great in the hand and glides easily when cutting bread. It s a beautiful knife on top of all that and looks great on our magnetic knife strip. Really easy to slice bread and cuts through a fresh baked loaf like butter. Very easy to clean. Very Heavy Duty Knife! This is a very heavy-duty knife! The blade has a good depth and thickness. The length is very nice, and allows me to cut odd shaped loaves, such as a round loaf of sourdough bread. The serrated blade cuts well. The grip is large enough to fit well into a large hand such as mine and feels solid. It is not one of those cheaply-made hollow handle knives. Razor sharp, well made, cheap leather sheath. Buy it. I love this knife the price for what you get is great. I don’t know if the one I purchased was a freak but right out of the box and still the sharpest new knife I’ve ever owned. Great for cutting meat or even tomatoes. The leather sheath is OK. Decently put together but cheap leather but if ur looking for a long lasting sharp knife for a decent price then buy it.10 years ago

That s the same idea here, this knife is fabulous. Its built well and it cuts, believe me. I say this magical steel slice through a rack of ribs in seconds.
